Land Professional
Fort Land & Energy, LLC is seeking quality land professionals to work in our Midland, Texas office to conduct land and title research, prepare runsheets and ownership reports, negotiate land and lease contracts, among other responsibilities common to the landman function.
Preferences:
- Ability to work independently and with our team in Midland, Texas
- Experience reviewing title documentation and calculating ownership interests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel
- Ability to interpret and organize substantial amounts of data
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attitude
- Coachable, with a strong willingness to learn land and title practices
- Openness to mentorship and feedback from senior team members
