Software Engineer Intern/Co-Op (Full Stack)

Schedule: Open to full-time and part-time candidates. Flexible start date.

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer Intern/Co-Op to join our engineering team. As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on our full-stack, AI-powered platform, gaining hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining real production software. This is a unique opportunity to build practical skills in modern web development and AI-driven applications while contributing to a growing enterprise SaaS product.

The Role

  • Perform manual and automated testing across our JavaScript/Node.js and React application to identify bugs, regressions, and edge cases
  • Reproduce, triage, and document reported bugs with clear steps, logs, and severity assessments
  • Write and execute test cases and test plans for new releases and bug fixes
  • Review pull requests and bug fixes from other engineers, verifying that fixes fully resolve the underlying issue without introducing regressions
  • Assist in building out and maintaining automated test coverage and QA tooling
  • Maintain clear QA documentation, including test cases, bug reports, and release notes
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Gain hands-on exposure to our AWS cloud infrastructure and containerized (Docker) development environment

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Coursework or personal/academic project experience in JavaScript and/or Python
  • Basic understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong instinct for spotting edge cases and inconsistencies
  • Exposure to Git and collaborative version control workflows
  • Passion for learning, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
