Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Journey Forward Autism is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

The Role: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team as our full-time BCBA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client treatment programs, from assessment through discharge, while providing mentorship to our dedicated therapy staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments (e.g., FBA, VBMAPP, ABLLS-R) and interpret results.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or BCaBAs, ensuring treatment fidelity.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and consultation to promote generalization of skills across environments.
  • Collect, analyze, and graph data to make timely, data-based decisions regarding treatment efficacy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress reports, session notes, and treatment plan updates, in compliance with ethical and funding requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., teachers, OTs, SLPs) and external professionals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the BACB.
  • Current state licensure
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
