What You’ll Do
As a Teller on our Member Support team, you’ll be the welcoming face of TCCU. Your responsibilities include:
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
- Maintaining accuracy while balancing your cash drawer
- Providing friendly, efficient service to every member
- Educating members on credit union products and promotions
- Supporting branch operations with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Following credit union procedures and financial regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, positive, member‑focused attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
- Comfort with computers and basic financial transactions
- Previous cash‑handling or customer service experience preferred
- CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
Your Job Classification & Schedule: Part‑time, variable schedule, Monday–Saturday availability required
Pay Range: $16.26–$18.80 per hour, based on experience
