Business Management Intern

Business Operations Intern (Part-Time)

 

Position Overview

The Business Operations Intern provides administrative and operational support across Human Resources (HR), Accounting, Procurement, and General Administration. This internship offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment while assisting with document management, data entry, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support daily business operations.

Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred due to regular communication and coordination with our headquarters in South Korea.

 

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR files.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR administrative tasks.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general office and administrative support.
  • Organize and maintain company records and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with day-to-day office operations.

Accounting Support

  • Assist with invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Perform data entry and maintain financial records.
  • Prepare reports and support accounting-related administrative tasks.

Procurement Support

  • Assist with purchase orders and vendor communications.
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities with internal departments.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support business operations.
  • Coordinate and communicate with our headquarters in South Korea as needed.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Preferred

  • Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred due to regular communication and coordination with our headquarters in South Korea.
  • Previous internship or office administrative experience is a plus.

 

Work Schedule

  • Part-time Internship (Minimum 20 hours per week)
  • On-site position
  • Gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, Accounting, Procurement, and Business Operations.

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay (Compensation will be determined based on qualifications and interview performance.)
  • High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time position, subject to business needs and performance, with future salary negotiations.
