Key Responsibilities

  • User & Feature Research: Chat with student users, collect their feature requests or complaints, and help the team brainstorm new, creative ways to make Sovi.AI better for studying.
  • Basic Prototyping & Wireframing: Help draft simple feature concepts, button flows, or page mockups using tools like Figma or Canva so our design team knows what we want to build.
  • Feature Tracking Support: Work closely with engineers and designers to keep track of weekly feature updates, test new product versions, and make sure bugs get logged and fixed.

Qualifications

  • Academic Background: A background or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Design, Business, Information Systems, or any major. (We value product intuition over specific majors!)
  • Product Sense & AI Curiosity: A heavy user of apps who loves testing new AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) and is obsessed with figuring out how software can be made easier to use.
  • Organized Communication: Good written and verbal English skills to explain feature ideas clearly, write simple feature checklists, and collaborate smoothly with our global team.
