Leasing & Marketing Intern (Full-Time)

Etico Management is looking for a motivated Leasing & Marketing Intern to support our day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and administrative logistics during the upcoming Fall term. Key Responsibilities

• Property Operations: Assist with coordinating property logistics, tracking maintenance requests, and organizing vendor schedules.
• Resident Relations: Support resident communications, help draft notices, and assist with inquiries or onboarding documentation.
• Administrative Support: Help maintain accurate digital files, organize property management tracking sheets, and assist with basic bookkeeping or expense logs.
• Listing & Leasing Support: Help monitor and update active property listings across Zillow, Apartments.com, and other platforms to support leasing efforts.
• Research & Analysis: Support market research on rental trends, competitor pricing, and local vendor options to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and basic organization tech.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the operational side of real estate.
• Reliable transportation required (for property visits).
• Prior experience or a strong interest in property management is highly valued.
