Join the team as an Academic Tutor, where you will provide personalized academic support across a variety of subjects, helping students excel and achieve!

Things to note:
- This position is onsite
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (flexible with days)
- Pay Rate: $25.00
- Must be able to pass a Child Clearance application
What you will do:
- Deliver one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in subjects such as science, mathematics, English language arts, and test preparation (including SAT).
- Develop and adapt lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, learning styles, and educational goals.
- Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instruction and engage students in online or hybrid learning environments.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to maximize understanding and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and session notes to track growth over time.
What you will need to have:
- Experience in tutoring or teaching roles with a focus on curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Strong knowledge of core subjects including science, mathematics, English language arts, and test preparation strategies such as SAT coaching.
- Familiarity with learning technology platforms and online instruction methods.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
