Auro 2Sigma is a venture-backed, Stanford-incubated EdTech and AI Recruitment ecosystem designed to bridge the global gap between education and employment. Currently, 87% of companies face severe skill shortages and 58% of international students struggle to find relevant roles, despite governments investing ~3.8% of GDP in education. This crisis is further accelerated by AI disruption, with the WEF highlighting that 59% of the global workforce will require reskilling by 2030 and Goldman Sachs estimating 300 million jobs face exposure to AI automation.
Operating at a Pre-Series A stage with live platform traction, the venture scales through two core verticals:
1. Auro.edu: An EdTech platform utilizing a proprietary LEARN -> MASTER -> EARN framework to deliver job-ready skills via personalized AI tutoring.
2. Auro Talent: An AI-powered global staffing marketplace connecting pre-vetted, high-skill candidates directly with enterprise employers.

About the Position
We are seeking a high-performance, mission-driven Co-Founder & CEO to lead our next phase of global expansion. Working alongside our Stanford and LSE advisory panel, you will direct our engineering and data science teams in India, scale enterprise partnerships across Western markets, and execute our vision to transform the global demographic dividend into an AI-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision, global growth strategy, and P&L for Auro 2Sigma, driving synergy across both Auro.edu (EdTech) and Auro Talent (AI Recruitment) verticals.
• Team Management: Inspire, lead, and grow our high-caliber data science, engineering, and product teams primarily based in India.
• Capital Raising & Governance: Co-lead upcoming funding rounds (Pre-Series A / Series A) and serve as the primary executive liaison across our international panel of advisors and investors in Western markets.
• Growth & Enterprise Partnerships: Scale our active ecosystem of 225+ university partnerships and 50+ elite employers, while building high-value, direct hiring relationships with global enterprise employers.
• AI & Product Innovation: Oversee our "deep data engineering layer"—connecting personalized adaptive learning with automated AI talent matching—to ensure our product stack remains cutting-edge and best-in-class.
