About Bissonette Properties
Bissonette Properties is a locally owned and operated family business based in Burlington, Vermont. For more than 40 years, we have been providing quality housing throughout the Greater Burlington area. Today, we own and manage more than 750 residential units, making us one of the area's largest locally owned property management companies.
As a growing company, our team is involved in every aspect of residential real estate—from leasing and marketing to accounting, operations, customer service, maintenance coordination, and property management. We believe the best way to learn is by doing, and our interns become valuable members of our team from day one.
Internship Opportunities
We are looking to hire 3–5 interns for the Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters.

Whether you're interested in working directly with customers, learning the financial side of a business, creating marketing campaigns, or gaining exposure to real estate investing and property management, we have opportunities to help you build meaningful experience.
What You'll Do
Depending on your area of interest, interns may:
- Show apartments to prospective residents
- Assist with leasing and customer service
- Create social media content and marketing campaigns
- Learn property management software and business operations
- Assist with accounting, reporting, and administrative projects
- Participate in real estate and investment-related projects
- Work alongside experienced professionals on day-to-day operations
- Take ownership of meaningful projects that directly impact our business
No two days are the same, and you'll gain exposure to many different aspects of running a successful real estate company.

Please note: This is an in-person position based in Burlington, Vermont. Applicants must currently reside in Vermont and be available to work on-site at our Burlington office.
