Investment Banking Associate

ERM Capital, an investment bank in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, seeks an analyst/associate with extensive financial modeling, valuation research, transaction management experience who desires to broaden their skill set and gain transaction exposure as part of an entrepreneurial team. Can be hired as an intern/part-time employee over the school year or full-time employee. Should be experienced in generating cash flow analyses, creating detailed operating company/project projections using debt and equity structures, creating sensitivity cases, return calculations. Infrastructure Finance investment banking or investment management background desirable. Compensation commensurate with experience.
