We Make Footballers Orlando is part of the world’s leading youth soccer coaching organization, delivering high-quality, skill-based training for children ages 4–12. Our proven curriculum has helped over 100,000 families worldwide by creating confident, technically skilled players in a fun and engaging environment. We welcome players of all ability levels, from complete beginners to advanced club players.
We’re looking for coaches who are passionate about soccer and enjoy making a positive impact on young athletes.

Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor children ages 4–12 during structured soccer training sessions.
- Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Lead drills using a loud, energetic coaching style that keeps players focused and motivated.
- Demonstrate soccer techniques and provide positive, constructive feedback.
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship.
- Assist with field setup and equipment before sessions and cleanup afterward.
- Communicate professionally with parents and represent We Make Footballers Orlando in a positive manner.
Qualifications
- Strong soccer playing experience (club, high school, collegiate, or higher).
- Comfortable leading groups of children with a loud, confident coaching voice.
- Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Experience coaching or working with children is preferred but not required.

Schedule: Saturdays (approximately 10:30 AM–1:15 PM) with opportunities for additional coaching hours as our academy continues to grow.
