Front Desk Representative

Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Westborough is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our students and guests, you'll help create a welcoming studio environment while keeping our front desk running smoothly.

In this role, you'll greet students and visitors, answer phones and emails, schedule lessons, process payments, and provide administrative support to our instructors and staff. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable learning new technology, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome students and guests with a friendly, professional attitude. 
• Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors. 
• Schedule lessons and manage appointments. 
• Process payments and make sure student records are up to date. 
• Update social media and create monthly newsletters.  
• Help keep the front desk and lobby neat and welcoming. 
• Support studio events and parties as needed. 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Naturally vibrant, welcoming, and deeply passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• High comfort level with modern technology; experience with Apple macOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong multitasking skills to balance phone calls, walk-ins, digital data, and paper filing simultaneously.
• Maintain a clean, polished business professional / business casual appearance.
