Door-to-Door Appointment Setter

Let’s Talk About Solar is looking for motivated, outgoing, and coachable individuals to join our growing team as Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Setters. This is an excellent opportunity for college students, recent graduates, athletes, and anyone looking to build valuable communication and sales skills while earning performance-based income.

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll meet homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, introduce our free energy analysis, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants. You are not responsible for closing sales—your focus is creating quality opportunities for our team.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods.
• Educate homeowners about solar energy and available programs.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Solar Consultants.
• Accurately collect customer information.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training.
• Meet individual and team appointment goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
