Systems Analyst/IT Analyst

We are seeking a Systems Analyst / IT Analyst to analyze business requirements, evaluate existing systems, and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure system solutions meet organizational objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for system enhancements.
  • Coordinate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders during system implementation.
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
  • Develop system documentation, workflows, and user guides.
  • Monitor application performance and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in project planning and implementation activities.

 

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant professional experience as a Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, software implementation, and systems integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with SQL and database concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
