Are you a driven professional, licensed real estate agent, or salesperson looking to build a high-earning career in investment real estate? RFP Homes is hiring Investment Real Estate Sales Agents (Investor Advisors) to work directly with real estate investors - helping them acquire off-market opportunities and close high-volume transactions in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

As an Investor Advisor at RFP Homes, you will:

  • Work directly with real estate investors to understand their strategy (flips, rentals, portfolios) and match them with high-quality, off-market opportunities
  • Build and scale your own investor book of business inside our ecosystem
  • Leverage our proprietary marketplace, internal deal flow, and underwriting systems to move fast and close consistently
  • Operate in a high-performance, in-person environment surrounded by driven, competitive teammates

This is not traditional real estate. No listings. No dealing with retail buyers and sellers.

Who You Are
