What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting and in the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with daily living skills and personal growth goals
- Encouraging independence, choice, and community participation
- Supporting social, recreational, and life-enrichment activities
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
- Transporting residents to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Building positive, respectful relationships with residents and their support teams

Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License
- Clean driving record with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to pass a Live Scan background check and health screening
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous experience as a DSP, Caregiver, Residential Counselor, Behavioral Technician, CNA, Home Health Aide, or in Human Services
- DSP 1 and/or DSP 2 certification
No experience? Apply anyway. We provide training and are looking for individuals with the right attitude, compassion, and commitment to learning.

Schedules
Level 2, 3, and 6 Homes
4 Days On / 2 Days Off rotating schedule
Shift times vary by home and operational needs
Specific schedules will be discussed during the hiring process
