Social Video Producer
About Ronini
Ronini is a premium baby feeding brand launching in the US in September 2026. Borosilicate glass with silicone molded straight onto it, and a subscription that ships replacement nipples instead of whole bottles — the product does something the category hasn't done before. We're building the brand to match: design-forward, calm, considered. The visual identity and brand system are in place. The work that ships in year one will define how Ronini shows up in the world for years.
What you'll do
- Plan, shoot, and produce short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit — full ownership of cut, sound, pacing, captions
- Post and schedule across Ronini's channels and maintain the cadence
- Run recurring series — street interviews, founder POV, product demos, parent reactions
- Manage social day-to-day — community engagement, comments, DMs
- Spot trends, formats, and creators worth working with before they peak
- Coordinate with the designer, founders, and external partners on content drops and launches
Requirements
- A body of work we can watch. 2–3 accounts or a reel of videos you cut, produced, or ran. This is the first filter — applications without work attached don't move forward.
- Short-form editing fluency — CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or equivalent. Cut, sound, captions, pacing.
- An existing social account with 10K+ followers — your own, or one you've operated
- AI fluency — ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, AI captioning tools, prompt-aware
- Strong instincts for what works on TikTok and Reels in 2026 — hooks, pacing, trend cycles
- Comfortable doing outreach to creators, parents, and affiliate partners
- New York strongly preferred — the street series and shoots happen there. Remote can work for the right person.
Bonus
- Comfortable on camera — appearing in videos is optional in this role; if you want that lane, it's yours
- Existing parent / baby / lifestyle content audience
- Photography chops
- Copywriting for captions, email, and short-form

- A portfolio you keep — on camera if you choose
- Modern tooling — Adobe CC, CapCut Pro, AI video/audio tools, all licensed
- Remote, part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time as the brand grows
