Licensed Practical Nurse
Position Description

In this role, you’ll be hands-on in supporting individuals served through the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while collaborating with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in assessing individuals served physical, psychological, and social needs
- Contribute to individualized treatment planning with RNs and other team members
- Implement treatment plans, including diagnostic tests and individuals served teaching
- Administer medications safely (including IV therapy, when certified)
- Monitor and document individuals served care using SOAP charting
- Support minor medical or surgical procedures as directed
- Respond to health emergencies with confidence and professionalism
- Ensure controlled substances and medical supplies are properly counted and secured
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (required)
Experience
- At least 1 year of acute medical experience (required)
Licenses/Certifications
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice or multi-state compact license (required)
