Family Individual Couples Therapy Associates was founded in 2016 by Denise Pflaumer-Capici and Ohlaysha Hicks; We are Licensed Marriage Family Therapists .

Ohlaysha is an AAMFT approved supervisor and Denise is an AAMFT approved supervisor candidate.

Come join the team in offering excellent mental health counseling to youth ages 3-21.

We serve Monmouth, Middlesex, Hunterdon and Somerset Counties for in home services in New Jersey.

You make your schedule; part time or full time; working weekdays only or weekends.  Opportunity to learn, navigate multiple systems in the mental health field; including Perform Care, Mobile Response, Care Management Organizations and Division of Children and Protection and Permanency.

The families we serve come from diverse backgrounds and socio-economic status and with a vast variety of clinical needs. If you are looking to become a well rounded, clinically sound therapist, come join our team and learn the craft. 

We offer 1:1 supervision, good towards Licensure. We will help you navigate the usually very difficult process of obtain your full license.

This is a Full time or Part time position based on your preference, as an independent contractor position 1099, not W2. 

Must have completed your Master's Level counseling Degree, have your provisional New Jersey License (LSW, LAMFT, LAPC), a valid driver's license and complete background check done upon hire.

You must be committed to doing your self of the therapist work, as it is hard yet rewarding to become a great clinician. We aim to pay it forward and offer the same quality supervision we received.
