Pay: Starting at $45+/hour + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus + Bonuses + Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy sessions
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support clients with fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living, self-care, and feeding
• Coach families and caregivers for carryover at home
• Collaborate with SLPs, COTAs, and other team members

Qualifications:

• California OT license 
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Pediatric and/or adult experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged
• New grads encouraged
