We use integrative approaches including evidence-based practices to help treat a variety of conditions. The treatment is tailored to fit the clients need and we emphasize how race, culture, gender identity and other elements of human diversity contribute to the therapeutic dynamic between the client and the therapist. We welcome applicants interested in part-time or full-time licensed psychotherapist (Licensed psychologists, LCSW, LCMFT, and LCPC). Our team is motivated and energetic who thrive on creativity and passion. The perfect blend of autonomy and support is provided while offering the ability to explore unique opportunities. Therapists with specialties or areas of focus are encouraged to apply. Office Location: Bethesda, MD and Germanton, MD
Psychotherapy services are available both in person and via a secure telehealth platform. Our therapists work flexibly, offering sessions from home and in-office to best meet the needs of our clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Licensed psychotherapists to provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and family.
- Licensed Psychologists to provide psychotherapy and conduct psychological evaluations.
- Complete and maintain written records for each client in a timely manner.
- Communicate with a client/patient’s treatment team as needed.
- Attend bimonthly staff/peer consultation meetings (optional).
Requirements:
- Must have and maintain a current Maryland license as a psychologist, LCSW-C, LCMFT, or LCPC.

Psychologists must hold a PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
(PSYPACT members are preferred but not required—we’re happy to assist you in obtaining PSYPACT authorization if you're not yet a member). - Psychology Associates must have a PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology or counseling psychology and must maintain a current Maryland Registration.
- LCSW, LCMFT, and LPC must have an MA or MS in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with diverse and multicultural clienteles and professionals in other disciplines to provide an interdisciplinary approach to diagnosis and treatment preferred.
- Minimum of 15 session hour per week

Position Types: Part-time or Full-time Contract positions
Pay: Competitive compensation offered for contract positions.
Schedule: Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday and weekends (based on your availability).
